So I have a full time job where I work from home, it’s my dream job and I love it but I find I can’t get out of the house to get some fresh air and exercise. I live in a town 30 miles from anyone I know and it’s not the safest of towns, it’s full of chavs but it does have a nice beach and surroundings. To be honest, I don’t know the town that well as I’ve never really explored it. The thing is, I finish work at 5.30-6.00pm and it’s dark by then. I want to get some light to moderate exercise and just get a break from the desk and phones, but I also want to be safe as I can’t go out with anyone. I’m sick of my exercise bike and workout routines being my only form of exercise. Please help!

find a buddy to take strolls with after work. or a jogging buddy. that way you can explore, feel safer and still get in some exercise.
if you have a dog u can just go for a walk with ur dog or ur wife or kids if u have any just take a break in the middle of the day 2 go around the block or 2 or 2 go get lunch or u can plant a lil garden and go outside 2 water it and sit there and just relax but thats not alot of exercise
open the door, put your foot on the ground, then the next, repeat.
Buy a bicycle and get out and around the town and beaches, with some decent lights and reflective clothes you can get out in most weathers and in poor light. Take a longer lunch break, do a few miles and get back to work refreshed and exercised.
