If I Eat 1600 Calories A Day And Burn 600?

hello there,
im a 15 year old girl 5’1 and 57 kilos!!
i eat about 1600 calories a day and i loose 600 either from boxing/spin bike/running etc.
will i lose weight by doing this?

    The less calories you eat, the more exercise you do. You will see big improvement as fat will be replaced by muscles.

    you are a normal weight for your height but if you do this on a daily basis, you will most likely become underweight, if your going to exercise regularly then make sure your eating enough food to subsidies for the calories you are burning.
